We would like to inform you that, in accordance with the provisions of the Union's Articles of Association, our Annual General Meeting (AGM) for this year will be held on Wednesday 19 March 2025 at 17:30 hrs, at the PASYDY Building in Limassol.

The Agenda of the AGM will be the following:

(1)        Approval of the Minutes of the previous AGM;

(2)        Chairman's Report on last year's activities;

(3)        Treasurer's Report;

(4)        Discussion on the above matters;

(5)        Any other issue, that any Member may wish to raise, provided that written notification of such issue is forwarded to the Chairperson/Acting Secretary of the Branch Committee, Olvia Constantinou, by COP  Friday 14 March 2025, at the latest;

(6)        Election of the new Branch Committee: Please note that candidacies should reach the Chairperson/Acting Secretary of the Branch Committee, Olvia Constantinou, signed by email or by hand, by COP Wednesday 12 March 2025. 

We would like to draw your attention to the following articles of the PASYDY Articles of Association:

Article 8 Right to vote: All members of the Branch or District Sections who have settled their contributions to PASYDY and who are members of PASYDY on 30 November preceding the regular annual general meeting, have the right to vote.

Article 9:  Right to be elected: All members of the Branch or District Sections, who have been members of PASYDY for at least twelve months before the elections, are entitled to be elected.
